What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee day-to-day field operations and project execution
- Manage and motivate crews to meet performance, quality, and customer service standards
- Coordinate scheduling, materials, and manpower across multiple job sites
- Create and refine systems for maximum efficiency and productivity
- Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to streamline workflow
- Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are met
- Track KPIs and use data to drive continuous improvement
- Partner with the owner on strategic planning and company growth initiatives
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training field staff
- Own the responsibility of getting jobs done on time, on budget, and to customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- A natural leader with a “get it done” mindset
- 3+ years of experience in operations, production management, or a related role (construction, painting, or trades experience a plus)
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Tech-savvy and process-oriented (familiarity with project management or field service software is a plus)
- Driven to achieve goals and grow with the company
- Someone who takes ownership and thrives in a high-accountability environment
