Requirements:

Proficiency in English and Spanish – interviews will be conducted in English and you will need to be able to communicate professionally with clients and our team in both languages

Minimum of 20 trained painters ready to start right away
- Have an EIN (Employer Identification Number) on file
- Have Minimum general liability insurance of $2,000,000
- Experience in managing crews, materials, equipment and work schedules
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to Temporarily or Permanently Move to Cedar Rapids, Iowa

- Manage your crew, quality of work, and schedule
- Maintain customer satisfaction and professionalism on site
